Considering the development of its activity, OxyItalia decided to sell 11% of its shares to a group of institutional investors acting in the Eurozone.

The operation will be completed until the end of 2020.

OxyItalia confirms its openness to prospective institutional investors and the company will be very carefully analyzing potential quotations on the stock market index in Hong Kong in next 48-72 months.
